On 16 September 2023 the National Convention was held at Post 13 Leominster. Dick Chartrand was elected as the new National Commander.

Franco Vets put veterans dog tags on trees at Wreaths Across America.

On April 22, 2023, the Lewiston/Auburn Veterans Council sponsored a trip to Wreaths Across America in Columbia Falls Maine. More than 20 local people helped place 137 dog tags of veterans to their tree with the help of the local civil air patrol cadets.
